orchestre rouge was founded by theo hakola (a spokane, washington native) in paris in 1980. three years and three albums later, he formed passion fodder, putting out numerous albums and eps on celluloid and barclay/beggars banquet. he left passion fodder behind in 1991 and has recorded solo ever since.
